Terms of Service.

1. Who can join

iAE is open to alumni and active students of Telkom University's Electrical Engineering program, as well as approved company, partner, and university accounts. Some profile sections and full access to Community and Members require your account to be verified by an admin, based on the accuracy of the information you provide (e.g. NIM and angkatan for alumni/students).

2. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• The information you provide at registration and in your profile should be accurate, since verification depends on it.
• One account per person. Don't create an account on someone else's behalf without their permission.

3. Community content & conduct

When posting, commenting, or interacting in Community, you agree not to:

• Post spam, scams, or unrelated promotional content.
• Harass, threaten, or demean other members.
• Share content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate another member, alumnus, or organization.

You keep ownership of the content you post, but you grant iAE the right to display it within the platform. Administrators may remove posts or comments that violate these terms, and may deactivate accounts that repeatedly do so. See our Privacy Policy for how account deactivation works.

4. Events & RSVPs

RSVP-ing to an event through the platform is a way to signal your intent to attend. It isn't a binding registration, and iAE isn't responsible for changes to event schedules, venues, or capacity made by organizers.

5. Job & opportunity posts

Job and opportunity posts are shared by members and partners in good faith. iAE doesn't vet every listing and isn't a party to any resulting hiring or business arrangement. Use your own judgment before sharing personal information with a poster.

6. Account deactivation

You may ask us to deactivate your account at any time. We may also deactivate an account that violates these terms, is used to harass others, or is found to contain materially false verification information. Deactivation blocks login but doesn't delete your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. No warranty

iAE is run on a volunteer basis for the benefit of the alumni community. The platform is provided "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of iAE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
